HOW TO USE MILKIO GRASS-FED SHEEP GHEE:
Our Grass-Fed Sheep Ghee has a high smoke point, meaning that Milkio ghee will not start to smoke unless heated above 485° preventing the release of chemicals and allowing your food to keep all its flavours.
The vitamins and minerals mean sheep ghee can be used as skincare. They help with skin pigmentation, dark eye circles, redness, irritation and dry skin.
